Qur’an 83:32 Al-Mutaffifin, verse 32

وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ

And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost."
