Qur’an 83:2 Al-Mutaffifin, verse 2

ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ

Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full.
