Qur’an 87:7 Al-A'la, verse 7
إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ
Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden.
