Qur’an 83:9 Al-Mutaffifin, verse 9
كِتَٰبٌۭ مَّرْقُومٌۭ
It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed.

- 83:7كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلْفُجَّارِ لَفِى سِجِّينٍۢNo! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen.
- 83:8وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا سِجِّينٌۭAnd what can make you know what is sijjeen?
