Qur’an 70:29 Al-Ma'arij, verse 29
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ
And those who guard their private parts

- 70:27وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَAnd those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord -
- 70:28إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍۢIndeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe -

- 70:31فَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْعَادُونَBut whoever seeks beyond that, then they are the transgressors -
