- How to cancel your membershipCancel where you paid: Apple, Google Play, or niyatapp.com. Deleting the app does not cancel.
- Can I get a refund?Apple and Google decide refunds for app purchases. Website purchases have a 30-day guarantee.
- I was charged after cancelling, or during a trialThe usual causes: the trial had ended, it was cancelled in the wrong place, or the account wasn't trial-eligible.
- What is the NIYATAPP.COM charge on my statement?It is a Niyat membership bought on our website, taken by Stripe. It is not a scam.
- Can't afford Niyat? Scholarships and lower pricesChoose a lower yearly price or request a free scholarship. No proof of income needed.
- Does Niyat Pro work with Family Sharing?On iPhone, a membership bought through Apple can be shared with your Family Sharing group.
