بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
1
وَٱلطُّورِ
وَٱلطُّورِwal-ṭūriBy the Mount
By the mount
⤳ Link 52:1
2
وَكِتَـٰبٍۢ مَّسْطُورٍۢ
وَكِتَـٰبٍۢwakitābinAnd by (the) Bookمَّسْطُورٍۢmasṭūrinwritten
And [by] a Book inscribed
⤳ Link 52:2
3
فِى رَقٍّۢ مَّنشُورٍۢ
فِىInرَقٍّۢraqqinparchmentمَّنشُورٍۢmanshūrinunrolled
In parchment spread open
⤳ Link 52:3
4
وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمَعْمُورِ
وَٱلْبَيْتِwal-baytiBy the Houseٱلْمَعْمُورِl-maʿmūrifrequented
And [by] the frequented House
⤳ Link 52:4
5
وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِ
وَٱلسَّقْفِwal-saqfiBy the roofٱلْمَرْفُوعِl-marfūʿiraised high
And [by] the heaven raised high
⤳ Link 52:5
6
وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِ
وَٱلْبَحْرِwal-baḥriBy the seaٱلْمَسْجُورِl-masjūrifilled
And [by] the sea filled [with fire]
⤳ Link 52:6
7
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٌۭ
إِنَّinnaIndeedعَذَابَʿadhāba(the) punishmentرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lordلَوَٰقِعٌۭlawāqiʿun(will) surely occur
Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur
⤳ Link 52:7
8
مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٍۢ
مَّاNotلَهُۥlahufor itمِنminanyدَافِعٍۢdāfiʿinpreventer
Of it there is no preventer
⤳ Link 52:8
9
يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرًۭا
يَوْمَyawma(On the) Dayتَمُورُtamūruwill shakeٱلسَّمَآءُl-samāuthe heavenمَوْرًۭاmawran(with violent) shake
On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motion
⤳ Link 52:9
10
وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرًۭا
وَتَسِيرُwatasīruAnd will move awayٱلْجِبَالُl-jibāluthe mountainsسَيْرًۭاsayran(with an awful) movement
And the mountains will pass on, departing
⤳ Link 52:10
11
فَوَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
فَوَيْلٌۭfawaylunThen woeيَوْمَئِذٍۢyawma-idhinthat Dayلِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَlil'mukadhibīnato the deniers
Then woe, that Day, to the deniers
⤳ Link 52:11
12
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى خَوْضٍۢ يَلْعَبُونَ
ٱلَّذِينَalladhīnaWhoهُمْhum[they]فِىinخَوْضٍۢkhawḍin(vain) discourseيَلْعَبُونَyalʿabūnaare playing
Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves
⤳ Link 52:12
13
يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا
يَوْمَyawma(The) Dayيُدَعُّونَyudaʿʿūnathey will be thrustإِلَىٰilā(in)toنَارِnāri(the) Fireجَهَنَّمَjahannama(of) Hellدَعًّاdaʿʿan(with) a thrust
The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say]
⤳ Link 52:13
14
هَـٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِى كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ
هَـٰذِهِhādhihiThisٱلنَّارُl-nāru(is) the Fireٱلَّتِىallatīwhichكُنتُمkuntumyou used toبِهَاbihā[of it]تُكَذِّبُونَtukadhibūnadeny
This is the Fire which you used to deny
⤳ Link 52:14
15
أَفَسِحْرٌ هَـٰذَآ أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ
أَفَسِحْرٌafasiḥ'runThen is this magicهَـٰذَآhādhāThen is this magicأَمْamorأَنتُمْantumyouلَا(do) notتُبْصِرُونَtub'ṣirūnasee
Then is this magic, or do you not see
⤳ Link 52:15
16
ٱصْلَوْهَا فَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
ٱصْلَوْهَاiṣ'lawhāBurn in itفَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟fa-iṣ'birūthen be patientأَوْaworلَا(do) notتَصْبِرُوا۟taṣbirūbe patientسَوَآءٌsawāon(it is) sameعَلَيْكُمْ ۖʿalaykumfor youإِنَّمَاinnamāOnlyتُجْزَوْنَtuj'zawnayou are being recompensedمَا(for) whatكُنتُمْkuntumyou used toتَعْمَلُونَtaʿmalūnado
[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do
⤳ Link 52:16
17
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍۢ وَنَعِيمٍۢ
إِنَّinnaIndeedٱلْمُتَّقِينَl-mutaqīnathe righteousفِى(will be) inجَنَّـٰتٍۢjannātinGardensوَنَعِيمٍۢwanaʿīminand pleasure
Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure
⤳ Link 52:17
18
فَـٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْجَحِيمِ
فَـٰكِهِينَfākihīnaEnjoyingبِمَآbimāin whatءَاتَىٰهُمْātāhumhas given themرَبُّهُمْrabbuhumtheir Lordوَوَقَىٰهُمْwawaqāhumand protected themرَبُّهُمْrabbuhumtheir Lordعَذَابَʿadhāba(from the) punishmentٱلْجَحِيمِl-jaḥīmi(of) Hellfire
Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire
⤳ Link 52:18
19
كُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
كُلُوا۟kulūEatوَٱشْرَبُوا۟wa-ish'rabūand drinkهَنِيٓـًٔۢاhanīan(in) satisfactionبِمَاbimāfor whatكُنتُمْkuntumyou used toتَعْمَلُونَtaʿmalūnado
[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do
⤳ Link 52:19
20
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍۢ مَّصْفُوفَةٍۢ ۖ وَزَوَّجْنَـٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٍۢ
مُتَّكِـِٔينَmuttakiīnaRecliningعَلَىٰʿalāonسُرُرٍۢsururinthronesمَّصْفُوفَةٍۢ ۖmaṣfūfatinlined upوَزَوَّجْنَـٰهُمwazawwajnāhumand We will marry themبِحُورٍbiḥūrinto fair onesعِينٍۢʿīnin(with) large eyes
They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes
⤳ Link 52:20
21
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَٱتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَـٰنٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَآ أَلَتْنَـٰهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَىْءٍۢ ۚ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍۭ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٌۭ
وَٱلَّذِينَwa-alladhīnaAnd those whoءَامَنُوا۟āmanūbelievedوَٱتَّبَعَتْهُمْwa-ittabaʿathumand followed themذُرِّيَّتُهُمdhurriyyatuhumtheir offspringبِإِيمَـٰنٍbiīmāninin faithأَلْحَقْنَاalḥaqnāWe will joinبِهِمْbihimwith themذُرِّيَّتَهُمْdhurriyyatahumtheir offspringوَمَآwamāand notأَلَتْنَـٰهُمalatnāhumWe will deprive themمِّنْminofعَمَلِهِمʿamalihimtheir deedsمِّنmin(in) anyشَىْءٍۢ ۚshayinthingكُلُّkulluEveryٱمْرِئٍۭim'ri-inpersonبِمَاbimāfor whatكَسَبَkasabahe earnedرَهِينٌۭrahīnun(is) pledged
And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained
⤳ Link 52:21
22
وَأَمْدَدْنَـٰهُم بِفَـٰكِهَةٍۢ وَلَحْمٍۢ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ
وَأَمْدَدْنَـٰهُمwa-amdadnāhumAnd We will provide themبِفَـٰكِهَةٍۢbifākihatinwith fruitوَلَحْمٍۢwalaḥminand meatمِّمَّاmimmāfrom whatيَشْتَهُونَyashtahūnathey desire
And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire
⤳ Link 52:22
23
يَتَنَـٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسًۭا لَّا لَغْوٌۭ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمٌۭ
يَتَنَـٰزَعُونَyatanāzaʿūnaThey will pass to one anotherفِيهَاfīhāthereinكَأْسًۭاkasana cupلَّاnoلَغْوٌۭlaghwunill speechفِيهَاfīhāthereinوَلَاwalāand noتَأْثِيمٌۭtathīmunsin
They will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin
⤳ Link 52:23
24
۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌۭ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌۭ مَّكْنُونٌۭ
۞ وَيَطُوفُwayaṭūfuAnd will circulateعَلَيْهِمْʿalayhimamong themغِلْمَانٌۭghil'mānunboysلَّهُمْlahumfor themكَأَنَّهُمْka-annahumas if they (were)لُؤْلُؤٌۭlu'lu-onpearlsمَّكْنُونٌۭmaknūnunwell-protected
There will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected
⤳ Link 52:24
25
وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ
وَأَقْبَلَwa-aqbalaAnd will approachبَعْضُهُمْbaʿḍuhumsome of themعَلَىٰʿalātoبَعْضٍۢbaʿḍinothersيَتَسَآءَلُونَyatasāalūnainquiring
And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other
⤳ Link 52:25
26
قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِىٓ أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ
قَالُوٓا۟qālūThey will sayإِنَّاinnāIndeed, weكُنَّاkunnā[we] wereقَبْلُqablubeforeفِىٓamongأَهْلِنَاahlināour familiesمُشْفِقِينَmush'fiqīnafearful
They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allah]
⤳ Link 52:26
27
فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَىٰنَا عَذَابَ ٱلسَّمُومِ
فَمَنَّfamannaBut Allah conferred favorٱللَّهُl-lahuBut Allah conferred favorعَلَيْنَاʿalaynāupon usوَوَقَىٰنَاwawaqānāand protected usعَذَابَʿadhāba(from the) punishmentٱلسَّمُومِl-samūmi(of) the Scorching Fire
So Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire
⤳ Link 52:27
28
إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْبَرُّ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
إِنَّاinnāIndeed, weكُنَّاkunnā[we] used toمِنminbeforeقَبْلُqablubeforeنَدْعُوهُ ۖnadʿūhucall HimإِنَّهُۥinnahuIndeed, Heهُوَhuwa[He]ٱلْبَرُّl-baru(is) the Most Kindٱلرَّحِيمُl-raḥīmuthe Most Merciful
Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful
⤳ Link 52:28
29
فَذَكِّرْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِنِعْمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٍۢ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ
فَذَكِّرْfadhakkirTherefore remindفَمَآfamāfor notأَنتَantayouبِنِعْمَتِbiniʿ'mati(are) by (the) graceرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lordبِكَاهِنٍۢbikāhinina soothsayerوَلَاwalāand notمَجْنُونٍmajnūnina madman
So remind [O Muhammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman
⤳ Link 52:29
30
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٌۭ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِۦ رَيْبَ ٱلْمَنُونِ
أَمْamOrيَقُولُونَyaqūlūna(do) they sayشَاعِرٌۭshāʿirunA poetنَّتَرَبَّصُnatarabbaṣuwe waitبِهِۦbihifor himرَيْبَraybaa misfortune of timeٱلْمَنُونِl-manūnia misfortune of time
Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time
⤳ Link 52:30
31
قُلْ تَرَبَّصُوا۟ فَإِنِّى مَعَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ
قُلْqulSayتَرَبَّصُوا۟tarabbaṣūWaitفَإِنِّىfa-innīfor indeed I amمَعَكُمmaʿakumwith youمِّنَminaamongٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَl-mutarabiṣīnathose who wait
Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters
⤳ Link 52:31
32
أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَـٰمُهُم بِهَـٰذَآ ۚ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌۭ طَاغُونَ
أَمْamOrتَأْمُرُهُمْtamuruhumcommand themأَحْلَـٰمُهُمaḥlāmuhumtheir mindsبِهَـٰذَآ ۚbihādhāthisأَمْamorهُمْhumtheyقَوْمٌۭqawmun(are) a peopleطَاغُونَṭāghūnatransgressing
Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people
⤳ Link 52:32
33
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُۥ ۚ بَل لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ
أَمْamOrيَقُولُونَyaqūlūna(do) they sayتَقَوَّلَهُۥ ۚtaqawwalahuHe has made it upبَلbalNayلَّاnotيُؤْمِنُونَyu'minūnathey believe
Or do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe
⤳ Link 52:33
34
فَلْيَأْتُوا۟ بِحَدِيثٍۢ مِّثْلِهِۦٓ إِن كَانُوا۟ صَـٰدِقِينَ
فَلْيَأْتُوا۟falyatūThen let them bringبِحَدِيثٍۢbiḥadīthina statementمِّثْلِهِۦٓmith'lihilike itإِنinifكَانُوا۟kānūthey areصَـٰدِقِينَṣādiqīnatruthful
Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful
⤳ Link 52:34
35
أَمْ خُلِقُوا۟ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَىْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُونَ
أَمْamOrخُلِقُوا۟khuliqūthey were createdمِنْminofغَيْرِghayrinothingشَىْءٍshayinnothingأَمْamorهُمُhumu(are) theyٱلْخَـٰلِقُونَl-khāliqūnathe creators
Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]
⤳ Link 52:35
36
أَمْ خَلَقُوا۟ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ
أَمْamOrخَلَقُوا۟khalaqū(did) they createٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwātithe heavensوَٱلْأَرْضَ ۚwal-arḍaand the earthبَلbalNayلَّاnotيُوقِنُونَyūqinūnathey are certain
Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain
⤳ Link 52:36
37
أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُصَۣيْطِرُونَ
أَمْamOrعِندَهُمْʿindahumwith themخَزَآئِنُkhazāinu(are the) treasuresرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lordأَمْamorهُمُhumu(are) theyٱلْمُصَۣيْطِرُونَl-muṣayṭirūnathe controllers
Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]
⤳ Link 52:37
38
أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌۭ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ ۖ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢ مُّبِينٍ
أَمْamOrلَهُمْlahumfor themسُلَّمٌۭsullamun(is) a stairwayيَسْتَمِعُونَyastamiʿūnathey listenفِيهِ ۖfīhitherewithفَلْيَأْتِfalyatiThen let bringمُسْتَمِعُهُمmus'tamiʿuhumtheir listenerبِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢbisul'ṭāninan authorityمُّبِينٍmubīninclear
Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority
⤳ Link 52:38
39
أَمْ لَهُ ٱلْبَنَـٰتُ وَلَكُمُ ٱلْبَنُونَ
أَمْamOrلَهُlahufor Himٱلْبَنَـٰتُl-banātu(are) daughtersوَلَكُمُwalakumuwhile for youٱلْبَنُونَl-banūna(are) sons
Or has He daughters while you have sons
⤳ Link 52:39
40
أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ أَجْرًۭا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍۢ مُّثْقَلُونَ
أَمْamOrتَسْـَٔلُهُمْtasaluhum(do) you ask from themأَجْرًۭاajrana paymentفَهُمfahumso theyمِّنminfromمَّغْرَمٍۢmaghramina debtمُّثْقَلُونَmuth'qalūna(are) overburdened
Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down
⤳ Link 52:40
41
أَمْ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ
أَمْamOrعِندَهُمُʿindahumuwith themٱلْغَيْبُl-ghaybu(is) the unseenفَهُمْfahumso theyيَكْتُبُونَyaktubūnawrite (it) down
Or have they [knowledge of] the unseen, so they write [it] down
⤳ Link 52:41
42
أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدًۭا ۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْمَكِيدُونَ
أَمْamOrيُرِيدُونَyurīdūna(do) they intendكَيْدًۭا ۖkaydana plotفَٱلَّذِينَfa-alladhīnaBut those whoكَفَرُوا۟kafarūdisbelieveهُمُhumuthemselvesٱلْمَكِيدُونَl-makīdūna(are in) the plot
Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan
⤳ Link 52:42
43
أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَـٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِ ۚ سُبْحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
أَمْamOrلَهُمْlahumfor themإِلَـٰهٌilāhuna godغَيْرُghayruother thanٱللَّهِ ۚl-lahiAllahسُبْحَـٰنَsub'ḥānaGlory beٱللَّهِl-lahi(to) Allahعَمَّاʿammāfrom whatيُشْرِكُونَyush'rikūnathey associate (with Him)
Or have they a deity other than Allah? Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him
⤳ Link 52:43
44
وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ كِسْفًۭا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطًۭا يَقُولُوا۟ سَحَابٌۭ مَّرْكُومٌۭ
وَإِنwa-inAnd ifيَرَوْا۟yarawthey were to seeكِسْفًۭاkis'fana portionمِّنَminafromٱلسَّمَآءِl-samāithe skyسَاقِطًۭاsāqiṭanfallingيَقُولُوا۟yaqūlūthey will sayسَحَابٌۭsaḥābunCloudsمَّرْكُومٌۭmarkūmunheaped up
And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up
⤳ Link 52:44
45
فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَـٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ
فَذَرْهُمْfadharhumSo leave themحَتَّىٰḥattāuntilيُلَـٰقُوا۟yulāqūthey meetيَوْمَهُمُyawmahumutheir Dayٱلَّذِىalladhīwhichفِيهِfīhiin itيُصْعَقُونَyuṣ'ʿaqūnathey will faint
So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible
⤳ Link 52:45
46
يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِى عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْـًۭٔا وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ
يَوْمَyawma(The) Dayلَاnotيُغْنِىyugh'nīwill availعَنْهُمْʿanhumto themكَيْدُهُمْkayduhumtheir plottingشَيْـًۭٔاshayan(in) anythingوَلَاwalāand notهُمْhumtheyيُنصَرُونَyunṣarūnawill be helped
The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped
⤳ Link 52:46
47
وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ عَذَابًۭا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
وَإِنَّwa-innaAnd indeedلِلَّذِينَlilladhīnafor those whoظَلَمُوا۟ẓalamūdo wrongعَذَابًۭاʿadhāban(is) a punishmentدُونَdūnabeforeذَٰلِكَdhālikathatوَلَـٰكِنَّwalākinnabutأَكْثَرَهُمْaktharahummost of themلَا(do) notيَعْلَمُونَyaʿlamūnaknow
And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment before that, but most of them do not know
⤳ Link 52:47
48
وَٱصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا ۖ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ
وَٱصْبِرْwa-iṣ'birSo be patientلِحُكْمِliḥuk'mifor (the) Commandرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lordفَإِنَّكَfa-innakafor indeed, youبِأَعْيُنِنَا ۖbi-aʿyuninā(are) in Our EyesوَسَبِّحْwasabbiḥAnd glorifyبِحَمْدِbiḥamdi(the) praiseرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lordحِينَḥīnawhenتَقُومُtaqūmuyou arise
And be patient, [O Muhammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes. And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord when you arise

وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَـٰرَ ٱلنُّجُومِ
وَمِنَwaminaAnd ofٱلَّيْلِal-laylithe nightفَسَبِّحْهُfasabbiḥ'huglorify Himوَإِدْبَـٰرَwa-id'bāraand afterٱلنُّجُومِl-nujūmithe stars
And in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars
