Everyone takes a part
Each person picks a part and reads it. When the thirty parts are done, your read is finished.
What your family sees
One screen holds the thirty parts. It shows first names and nothing else.
The number belongs to the house, never to a person. You can hand a part back at any time and somebody else picks it up.
They see

- The part you took.
- Whether your part is done.
They never see
- Your prayers.
- Your fasts.
- Your streaks and your pages.
- The time you read.
- Where you are.
The only message is a dua. You pick a person and one of a few written duas, and it arrives as itself: Yusuf made dua for you. One person a day.

Questions
Does my mother need the app?
No. She opens the link in her browser, signs in once with her email, and reads her part there. She does not have to install anything.
Is there a leaderboard?
No, and there never will be. Niyat does not rank worship. Nobody sees how many pages you read or how fast you read them.
Can strangers join my read?
No. The only way in is a link that someone already in the read sends you. There is no search, no code to guess and no public list.
