The Committee on Religious Affairs first gave a preliminary date of February 18, 2026 for Ramadan 1447, but the Council of Ulema of the Islamic Center of Tajikistan corrected this at its February 10, 2026 session to confirm February 19. For 1446, the fast started March 1, 2025, in line with the regional pattern.
