Dua for breaking a fast

The minute before maghrib on a fasting day has its own dua. Keep it ready with water and dates.

Duas for this moment

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ

Dhahabaz-zama'u wabtallatil-'uruqu wa thabatal-ajru in sha Allah

The thirst has gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَٰذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqaneehi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah

All praise is due to Allah who has fed me this and provided it for me without any might or power on my part.
