Delete your Niyat account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Niyat and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Delete it by email

No access to the app? Email support@niyatapp.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Niyat account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What we delete

• Your account record and your sign-in (Google, Apple or email).
• The email address linked to your account.
• Family seats you share that nobody has claimed yet.
• Any feedback you gave when you cancelled.

What stays

• Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel in Google Play, the App Store, or on our manage page if you joined on the web.
• Purchase records. Google, Apple and our payment provider keep their own records of payments, as the law requires.
• Family seats already claimed. A seat someone has accepted stays theirs.
• Data on your phone. Your prayer log, Qur’an progress, journal and settings live on your device. Uninstall Niyat to remove them.
• Usage analytics. These are not linked to your name or email. They are kept only in Google Analytics, under its own retention settings.
