Ayat for heavy days — burden measured to capacity, hearts that rest in remembrance, and relief that the Quran binds to hardship itself.
Anxiety often feels like carrying more than a person was made to carry. The Quran speaks into that feeling directly: it states that no soul is burdened beyond its capacity, that hearts find rest in remembrance, and that ease is welded to hardship rather than postponed behind it. These seven ayat are drawn from Niyat's verified Quran text files — the Arabic you see is byte-identical to the source, and the translation comes from the same files. Each card carries a one-line note on where the verse sits in the Book, so you read it as speech in context, not as a slogan. A related supplication for worry and grief, recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari, is linked in the closing section.
Translation. Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."
Part of the closing passage of Al-Baqarah: each soul answers only for what it can carry, and the prayer that follows asks Allah to lighten what overwhelms.
