A Quranic supplication (Surah Ta-Ha, 20:25-28) recited in the context of work & effort.
Rabbi-shrah lee sadree, wa yassir lee amree, wahlul 'uqdatam min lisaanee, yafqahoo qawlee
My Lord, expand for me my breast, and ease for me my task, and untie the knot from my tongue, that they may understand my speech.
Source: Surah Ta-Ha, 20:25-28. This is a verse of the Quran — the highest source of authority in Islam.
Recite this before starting any difficult task — a meeting, a hard conversation, public speech, an exam. It's the same dua Musa (peace be upon him) made before facing Pharaoh.
This dua is drawn from Ta-Ha. The Quran preserves the supplications of the Prophets themselves — reciting their exact wording is itself a form of following their example. The Quran preserves several supplications made by Prophets in moments of difficulty — Musa (AS) before Pharaoh, Yunus (AS) in the whale, Ayyub (AS) in illness. These verses themselves are recited as duas because Allah Himself recorded the wording.
